2024 was a year of amazing aurora, with some storms being so powerful that it was possible to view them in the southern sky. With a mega storm in the forecast I knew I had to get out to Moraine Lake no matter what. The storm was so strong that it was possible to see the lights start before the sun was totally set, which led to amazing unique pink and blue tones mixed together. Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity.
